Payment:
Payment is necessary either in advance or at the time of pickup or delivery if within the Sydney area. For deliveries outside Sydney, full payment must be made upfront. We do not offer credit terms, and payment by cheque is not accepted. Ownership of the goods remains with Shopfitting Depot until full payment is received.
Delivery:
While we make every effort to fulfil delivery dates, any delay does not allow the buyer to make a claim for loss or damage or to terminate the transaction.
Cancellation:
Shops fitting Depot may cancel or terminate a transaction at its discretion owing to events beyond its control, such as strikes, lockouts, natural disasters, and material shortages.
Refund and Return Policy:
Except in circumstances when goods are damaged owing to manufacturing or other errors on our side, Shops fitting Depot does not give refunds or exchanges. Claims must be submitted within 7 days of the date of the invoice.
Information Reliance:
The buyer is not allowed to depend on any descriptive words, promises, warranties, or representations made concerning the items sold by Shops fitting Depot and should conduct their own research, counsel, and opinion to assess the suitability of the goods.
Pricing and ordering:
Delivery charges, and other prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are in AUD and do not include the Goods and Services Tax (GST).
Payment Options:
Payment must be provided in advance or at pickup. We do not accept cheque payments. Orders will be shipped or released once cleared funds are received. For your convenience, we offer various payment options, including cash, bank transfer, EFTPOS, and Zip Pay.
Ordering:
Orders can be placed through our online cart, by phone, or by email. We will send your product as soon as payment is received and will inform you with an approximate delivery time.

Faulty, Lost, Damaged, or Wrong Item Received:
While we strive to dispatch items in new, good condition, issues may occasionally arise. If you receive an item that is incorrect, faulty, or damaged, please email us at info@shopsfittingdepot.com or call us on 0403904698 before returning it. We will make every effort to troubleshoot the problem before determining whether a return is necessary. All returned items will be examined before a refund is issued. Shops fitting Depot reserves the right to deny a refund if the returned items are found not to be faulty or damaged as claimed.
